Project Overview

W-Residences stands in one of Dubai’s most coveted central districts, with direct views toward Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall and Dubai Fountain. As a premium mixed-use high-rise integrating luxury hotel and private residences, the building contains 49 storeys and 384 exclusive residential units. Its distinctive tiered stepped facade delivers highly recognisable modern luxury aesthetics.

QZYMODELS delivered this project at a scale of 1:125. Beyond static architectural reproduction, we built an intelligent interactive system, creating an immersive sales exhibition experience for global property roadshows and showrooms.

Craftsmanship & Technical Highlights

Ultra-fine Facade & Unit Restoration
Combining high-precision 3D printing and elaborate manual assembly, our team reproduced layered balconies, floor-to-ceiling glass curtain walls, terrace landscapes, miniature furniture, human figurines and green plant decorations. Each residential unit was independently fabricated to restore the authentic layout of the tower.

Intelligent Synchronised Lighting & Audio System
The model adopts iPad centralised control, supporting manual switch mode and automatic performance mode. Lighting for residential units, public zones and the surrounding city context can be controlled separately. We customised a music-light interactive programme; the lighting sequence dynamically changes following music rhythm to stage exclusive light shows.

Integrated Urban Context Layout
The base platform adopts refined golden ratio layout design. Within limited space, we embedded miniature landmark models representing Dubai’s urban context, presenting the tower’s prime geographic location and surrounding transportation network, strengthening investors’ perception of project value.

Custom Sculptural Display Base
The tower model is matched with a streamlined solid display plinth. The whole set forms an independent art exhibit, ideal for luxury sales centres, international real estate expos and global investment promotion events.
The full production cycle spanned 45 days. Our engineering and craftsmanship team strictly controlled every assembly detail to ensure the finished model meets international high-end exhibition standards.
